As CEO, Ty Stafford is responsible for driving the organization forward and ensuring that corporate values, goals and results are aligned. Ty has over 28 years in the customer service industry with broad cross-functional experience in P&L management, sales, HR, operations and customer service. He has worked with very diverse markets, both upstream and downstream. He spent the prior 17 years at Securitas Security Services as a senior level manager leading a network of 80 field offices and 14,000 employees. He earned a Bachelor’s degree from Lander University and serves on the Board of Directors of Impark.
